WHY IN-PERSON MATTERS
Accuracy on the markers that move the needle
Venous draws are the clinical standard for hormone panels, advanced lipids, and micronutrients. Finger-prick volumes are too small to run the full panel accurately — vendors fall back to estimates or "qualitative" results on the harder markers.
A doctor who actually reads your results
Apps give you red/yellow/green dots. We sit down with you, walk through every flagged marker, explain why it matters, and tell you what to do about it. You leave with a plan, not a notification.
Follow-up that isn't a chatbot
Numbers off in 3 months? Call us. Need a recheck? We schedule it. Want to optimize a specific marker? We have protocols. The kit ships, the doctor stays.
COMMON QUESTIONS
I've already used a mail-in service. Should I switch?
If your results are "all normal" but you still feel off, yes — the at-home services use standard reference ranges that miss subclinical issues. We flag against optimal ranges, run more markers, and put a doctor on the read. Many of our patients come in after a year of DTC subscriptions.
Is the price actually competitive?
$285 one-time for 60+ markers + MD review beats a $499/year subscription on cost per data point. Bundle with DEXA for $405 and you're under what most DTC services charge per panel alone.
Do I need a referral?
No. Book directly. Most patients use HSA/FSA dollars since it's a clinical visit.
