Moonshot Medical and Performance offers initial consultations for hormone optimization and performance medicine at our clinic in Park Ridge, IL. We proudly serve patients from Chicago and the surrounding northwest suburbs looking for data-driven health solutions.
What Happens
At your first visit, you’ll:
- Brief intake and goal review (5–10 minutes)
- Get bloodwork drawn
- Body composition scan (DEXA, if applicable)
Current Offer
We’re currently offering a complimentary hormone check, with the option to upgrade to more comprehensive diagnostics if desired.
Any upgraded diagnostics are credited toward future treatment if you choose to move forward.
What Happens Next
Once your results are back, you’ll return for a follow-up visit where we:
- Review your labs in detail
- Walk through a personalized health and performance plan
- Let you choose which, if any, optimization protocols make sense for you
