AFTER THE BLOOD DRAW
Results are typically available within 3-5 business days. Every participant gets a one-on-one follow-up with a licensed provider to walk through their results, explain what the numbers mean, and discuss next steps. This is not a sales pitch for treatment — it's a real health consultation.

How does the mobile blood draw work?
You promote the event to your members, clients, or employees. They sign up and prepay online through a link we provide. We send licensed medical staff to your location on the scheduled date. Each draw takes about 10 minutes. Results arrive within 3-5 business days, and every participant gets a one-on-one follow-up with a licensed provider.
How many people do we need?
No strict minimum. Whether it's 5 people or 50, we'll make it work. Larger groups just need a bigger time window. We typically process 5-6 people per hour.
What does my business need to provide?
A clean, well-lit space with chairs and a table. That's it. We bring all medical supplies, consent forms, sharps containers, and biohazard disposal. A private or semi-private area works best.
Who draws the blood?
Certified phlebotomists or registered nurses. Every set of results is reviewed by Missy Zammichieli, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC — a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Moonshot Medical in Park Ridge, IL.
Who carries the liability?
Moonshot Medical carries full malpractice and general liability insurance. The medical relationship is between Moonshot and the individual patient. Your business assumes zero medical liability for the event. We provide a written partnership agreement that formalizes this.
Is patient data kept private?
Yes. All data is handled in full compliance with HIPAA. Results are shared only with the patient and their reviewing provider. Your business never sees individual health results. We do not add participants to marketing lists or solicit them after the event.
Do participants need to come to your clinic?
Only if they choose the Elite package (which includes a DEXA scan at our Park Ridge clinic) or prefer an in-person follow-up. Otherwise, everything — blood draw, results, and consultation — can be handled at your location and via telehealth.
Is this covered by insurance?
This is a flat-fee, cash-pay service — no insurance billing, no surprise bills, no referrals needed. All packages are HSA/FSA eligible.
How does the $20 referral work?
You choose: earn $20 per booking as a referral fee (paid after each event), or pass that $20 as a discount to your people — making packages $125 / $285 / $405. Your call, and you can change it event to event.
Can we do recurring events?
Absolutely. Many partners run quarterly blood draw events so participants can track changes over time. We offer standing scheduling and can help you build it into your annual wellness calendar.
Do you provide promotional materials?
Yes. We provide ready-to-use email templates, social media copy, and printable flyers with your event details. You can co-brand them with your logo. We make Step 1 as easy as copy-paste.
Do participants need to fast?
We recommend 8-12 hours of fasting for the most accurate results, especially for metabolic and lipid markers. Water and black coffee are fine. Morning events work best — participants just skip breakfast and show up.
