How It Works
1. Set Up Your Storefront
Create your branded storefront in minutes. Add your logo, connect your Stripe account, and select which diagnostics to offer your clients.
2. Client Purchases From You
Clients buy diagnostics on your storefront at retail pricing. Payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account at time of purchase.
3. Client Books With Moonshot
After purchase, the client books their appointment directly with Moonshot. We perform the diagnostic, provide medical oversight, and deliver the report.
4. Wholesale Billing After Service
Once the appointment is complete, Moonshot charges your card on file the flat wholesale rate. You keep the difference between retail and wholesale.
How Partners Get Paid
A straightforward wholesale model with no commissions or revenue sharing.
1. You receive full retail payment upfront.
When a client purchases through your storefront, the retail price is charged to their card. That payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account — not to Moonshot.
2. Moonshot bills you wholesale after service delivery.
Once the client completes their appointment, Moonshot charges the card you have on file a flat wholesale rate for that specific service. This happens after the diagnostic is performed — never before.
3. You keep the margin.
The difference between the retail price (paid by the client) and the wholesale rate (paid by you) is your margin. Moonshot does not take a cut, commission, or referral fee.
Example: A client pays $200 retail for a DEXA scan on your storefront. That $200 goes to your Stripe. After the scan is complete, Moonshot charges your card the wholesale rate. You keep the difference as margin for offering the service inside your program.

This model is designed to be transparent, scalable, and compliant. Here's how it protects both partners and Moonshot.
- No Referral Fees or Kickbacks: Moonshot does not pay partners for referrals. Partners profit through the retail-wholesale margin on services they offer inside their programs.
- Flat Wholesale Pricing: Every partner pays the same fixed wholesale rate, regardless of volume. Pricing is set at Fair Market Value and does not change based on how many clients you send.
- Medical Control Stays With Moonshot: Moonshot performs all diagnostics and retains sole authority over medical interpretation and reporting. Partners do not order tests or provide medical interpretations.
- Partners Work Within Their Scope: Coaches, trainers, and nutritionists use diagnostic results to inform fitness, nutrition, or performance programming — not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
- Billing Happens After Service: Wholesale charges are only applied after the client completes their appointment. Partners are never charged for services not rendered.
