COMMON QUESTIONS
What should I expect at my first visit?
We start with a thorough evaluation—your history, movement assessment, and identifying what's causing your pain. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, hands-on therapy, and exercises to do at home. Mild soreness afterward is normal and typically fades within a day.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral needed in Illinois—you can see Dr. Michael directly.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring any relevant medical records and imaging (X-rays, MRIs).
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition. Our goal is to get you better and teach you to stay that way—not keep you coming back indefinitely. Most patients see significant improvement within 6-8 visits.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO for rehab services. For other insurance or self-pay patients, we offer transparent cash pricing and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
