PERFORMANCE MEDICINE
A data-driven medical approach to optimizing health, function, and performance for life.
WHAT IS PERFORMANCE MEDICINE?
Traditional healthcare is largely reactive. It waits for symptoms to appear, for labs to fall "out of range," or for disease to manifest before taking action.
Performance medicine is proactive.
We use advanced diagnostics to understand your unique physiology right now—not just to verify you aren't sick, but to identify opportunities to help you function better.
It is a partnership focused on optimizing your energy, body composition, recovery, and long-term resilience.
THE PROBLEM WITH "NORMAL"
Standard lab reference ranges are based on population averages—which include many people who are unwell, sedentary, or aging poorly.
"Normal" simply means average.
We don't aim for average. We aim for optimal.
THIS MAY BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
- ✓ You want to optimize energy, focus, and recovery.
- ✓ You feel "fine" but know you could feel better.
- ✓ You prefer decisions guided by data, not guesswork.
- ✓ You are willing to invest in your long-term health.
THIS MAY NOT BE A FIT IF...
- × You are looking for a quick-fix or magic pill.
- × You only want care when you are acutely sick.
- × You are looking for the cheapest option, regardless of quality.

WHAT RESULTS OFTEN FEEL LIKE
While every patient is unique, the goal of performance medicine is consistent: to help you operate at a higher level.
For many, this looks like stable energy throughout the day, improved recovery from workouts, clearer focus, better sleep quality, and a body composition that reflects your effort.
It’s about confidence in your health and clarity on your path forward.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How is performance medicine different from traditional care?
Traditional care often focuses on diagnosing and treating disease once it appears. Performance medicine focuses on optimizing function and health span before issues arise, using more in-depth diagnostics.
Is this the same as a TRT or weight loss clinic?
No. While we may use hormone therapy or GLP-1s when clinically appropriate, they are tools, not the entire toolbox. We focus on comprehensive health, not just dispensing medication.
Do I need labs before starting?
We perform our own comprehensive lab panels to ensure we have the specific data points needed for a performance-based assessment. If you have recent labs, we can review them, but may need to fill in gaps.
Is this covered by insurance?
We are a cash-pay clinic. This allows us to make decisions based on your optimal health needs, not insurance restrictions. We accept HSA and FSA cards.
How long does it take to see changes?
It varies by individual and protocol. Some patients feel differences in energy and clarity within weeks, while body composition and metabolic changes often compound over 3-6 months.
