Submit a screenshot from any step-tracking app showing your step count and the date. We accept Apple Health, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Google Fit, Samsung Health, Garmin, or any app that tracks steps.
Your screenshot must clearly show:
- The step count
- The date the steps were recorded
- The app or device name
Daily Record: Your best single-day step count. Weekly Total: Your total steps across 7 consecutive days (Monday–Sunday).
