Your monthly price follows your dose. You and your provider find the lowest dose that works for your body, and that is all you pay for. Every tier includes your medication, provider visits, labs, DEXA tracking and nutrition coaching. Brand-name GLP-1s at retail run $1,000 to $1,500 a month without insurance.

Hormone programs include your medication, provider visits, comprehensive labs every 6 months, 2 DEXA scans per year and 1 vitamin injection per month.
Starting cost: new hormone patients begin with a one-time Comprehensive Blood Panel, $285 (60+ biomarkers), before the first month. Already had recent bloodwork? Bring it in; if your labs are current, you may not need a new panel.
