Ellen Haight, RN
Aesthetic Injector — Wednesdays
Ellen is Moonshot's aesthetic injector. Her chair runs on Wednesdays in Park Ridge, focused on neuromodulators — Jeuveau (Newtox) for glabellar lines, forehead, and crow's feet. Real intake, conservative dosing, results that still let your face move.
Book With EllenABOUT ELLEN
Ellen Haight is a registered nurse and aesthetic injector at Moonshot Medical and Performance in Park Ridge, IL. She injects out of our clinic every Wednesday, with appointments by booking only.
Ellen brings years of clinical nursing experience and aesthetics-specific injector training to every patient. She built her injector practice around what most medspas skip: a documented intake, a real conversation about goals, conservative initial dosing, and a follow-up at two weeks so you can adjust before the result locks in.
Her focus is neuromodulators — particularly Jeuveau (Newtox), a newer-generation botulinum toxin produced under modern purification standards by Evolus. She works alongside Missy Zammichieli, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, our Medical Director, under standing aesthetic-injection protocols.
Patients see Ellen for the same reason they see anyone else at Moonshot: they want medicine that's actually delivered like medicine, not like a retail transaction.

HER APPROACH
Good neuromodulator work is invisible. People should notice that you look rested — not that you've had something done.
Ellen dose-titrates. Most first visits err on the lower end of the range so we can see how your muscles respond before adding more. If a touch-up is needed at two weeks, we adjust — that's why the follow-up is free. The opposite approach (over-dose, hope it wears off) is faster but produces frozen faces, dropped brows, and unhappy patients.
